If one wants to extract the images from a DOCX
Rename the DOCX file to ZIP
example
FileX.docx ------------------> FileX.zip
Click on it and then on the inside folder "word" and within this another "media" folder will be there all the images.

Se alguém quiser extrair as imagens de um DOCX
Renomeie o arquivo de DOCX para ZIP
Exemplo
Documento.docx ------------------> Documento.zip
Clique nele e depois na pasta "word" e dentro desta a pasta "media" lá estarão todas as imagens.
